Our battery died while we were out shopping. We called State Farm roadside assistance and they sent Pop-A-Lock. Ben arrived in about 15 minutes and analyzed the car. The battery was super dead, but that's ok BECAUSE HE HAD A NEW ONE WITH HIM! From the initial call to back on the road in about 35 minutes! Great service and a big smile from Ben. Very impressive. (They also rescue kids locked in the car for free!)
So, today my battery was dead in my corvette. Called Geico for a jump start and they sent out Pop-A-Lock. I was in luck! The technician had Interstate batteries on hand to swap out! I got lucky! And I saved $50 from the quotes I got from other auto places that didn't even have this brand of battery.The battery was $119 and Geico free jump start. Plus, I gave tech a $20 tip for being so nice and efficient.Another Score!Thank you!!! Highly Recommend

I just had someone fix my flat tire when I was stranded after a doctor’s appointment and I haven't even left the parking lot yet because I needed to write this review ASAP! The guy who came to fix it was here within 10-15 minutes of me calling my insurance company, and he was so sweet. I stayed in the car, he put my spare on super quickly, and couldn't have been nicer. I wish I caught his name! Thank you, super nice Pop-A-Lock guy! If we ever need locksmith services again we are definitely using this company!
I had to call Progressive roadside assistance, due to battery issues. Progressive sent Pop-A- Lock out to assist my daughters, grandchildren, and I. My Pop-A-Lock technician was AMAZING!! Our car battery died and we were in dire straits to get to work. Geico sent Pop-A-Lock to give our car a jump and serviceman ANDREW arrived in no time. He was super helpful and entirely informative. Andrew let us know everything we needed, explained the issues we were having with our old battery, was available via text to answer any questions, and installed a quality new battery efficiently and at a seriously reasonable cost. We received a receipt, a brochure, and a 3-year warranty with our new battery and Andrew's awesome service. If you are in a bind, definitely call Pop-A-Lock and ask for Andrew, he is the best! Of course in triple digit piercing hot Nevada weather my car battery decided to die after I got done with my shift. I put in a request through my insurance roadside assistance and they arrived within 20 minutes of my request. My technician was Joseph and he tested my battery life and showed me zero percentage left on my battery and jump started my vehicle. My car started instantly, he did give me the option of having my car battery replaced on site and showed me different prices and told me my insurance company will cover $60 of the total cost of the battery. Of course I had him replace it and it literally took him 5 minutes. Amazing service, definitely saved me from the heat! Thanks Joseph!
Outstanding and impressive service--my car died, called Geico, sent Pop-A-Lock out and told me within ONE MINUTE when they would arrive. Guess what?? They were by my side in under the allotted time! Service person was wonderful--I cannot recommend them more highly. I hope I never need their services again, but if I need a jump or any roadside assistance, they are number 1 on my list.
